All of the apartments in the One 51 Place community are fully equipped with full-size washer and dryer hookups.  We also understand that not everyone owns, or wishes to purchase, a washing machine and dryer.  If this is the case for you, don’t worry.  Our Alachua, Florida apartments feature an on-site laundry center that’s available to residents.  Without stepping out of the community residents can:

• Wash clothes at a reasonable cost
• Dry clothes at a reasonable cost
• Fold clothes immediately after drying
• Iron clothes immediately after drying
• Relax, read a book, and listen to music while clothes wash and dry

Just bring laundry detergent and your dirty clothes to our laundry facility. Place the clothes in the washing machine, pour in some detergent, and before you know it those dirty clothes will be clean once again. Once the clothes are clean, you can dry them in one of our many dryers.  Doing laundry was never so easy.
