We ask that, at the first sign of a maintenance issue, you report the issue in a speedy manner to our leasing office. It is up to our experienced team to prioritize everything in our Alachua apartments and handle them in a timely manner.
At One 51 Place, we welcome your call about any broken item in your apartment. While all maintenance requests are important, some of the more serious maintenance issues that you should report right away include:
