Occupancy:
The maximum number of occupants per apartment is as follows:

One bedroom: 2 occupants
Two bedroom: 4 occupants (No more than 3 persons over 18 years old)
Three bedroom: 6 occupants (No more than 4 persons over 18 years old)

Utilities:
Residents are responsible for electric, cable/internet, telephone, water/sewer and trash removal.

Pets:
Resident may have a cat or dog, no more than a total of 2, with payment of a deposit and fee for each pet. The pet may not at any time exceed 15 inches in height from its feet to its shoulders. In addition, birds, hamsters, gerbils, and turtles (all in cages) and fish in aquariums not to exceed 30 gallons are permitted at no cost.
